I wanna La La..

Today I am lonely. My Jerms is working at Best Buy all this week (and has been since the 26th). He has the shittiest hours! Everyday he has got up at 4:30am and has not got home till after 11pm! He was so tired last night.
I saw the sun come up on my drive to work today. It had to be the most beautiful sky I have seen in awhile... Of course, I don't have my camera! I was really mad at myself. I need to really watch the dvd Mr. Marty gave me and take notes! I started to... but got distracted.
I am such an air head. It is just Lyndsey and I at work today and we are both so clueless. We have trucks coming and calling for directions and we are both like "Whaaaaa." They should never leave us two in charge of anything!
So far, like 50 of my postcards came back... not a good sign. We sent out 2,000!
Let's review some things.
Christmas was wonderful (except the drive from my house to Mawmaws).
Santa took care of me, like she (BK) does every year! Jerms hooked me up with some thoughtful & terrific presents. I was so excited to give him his presents. I got him an ipod video (come on, he has been saying he wanted one for almost a year!), a tony romo jersey (eww) and some other good random stuff. Reallllly I was excited that he got his noise canceling headphones. He was so cute when he opened them. Jerms got this huge adorable smile on his face and jumped up! My mom also got him a really nice pea-coat. Sexy!
The presents were all great but really I loved spending the time with my fam and Jerms.
On a side note, my dad and I have been eating the shit out of oysters this season! We are lining our driveway with them! I love Oysters.

December 22nd & 23rd

Today Jerms and I drove to Dirty Jersey, it really is Dirty, so the nickname is fitting! We met with two of our customers, good times all went well. Jersey really is not fun and I will never live there!
Also, Jeremy and I will NEVER be eating at Applebees again. We have had 2 bad experiences and therefore they are on the list. (We are making a list of places we won't go because they suck, I'm going to Post it)
Yesterday was my birthday and it was a fun day! Jeremy and I ended up not going out of town. We went and painted ceramics at this little shop in the dena. It was a blast! Jeremy tolerated it. We painted a tic tac toe board. The X's were in Dallas colors and the O's were in Ravens colors. The board looks like a football field with the end zones displaying our names. In the middle of the field is our thumb prints, hopefully it turns out nice. I'll post a picture when I pick it up next week.

Ohhhhh and today we drove in the Harbor Tunnel. They replaced all the lights (it's sooo bright now) and you have a radio signal all the way through, way to go MD Transportation Authority! It's good to see my tax dollars at work and working!

It's Birthday!

Personally, I do not think it is the next day (ya know, the whole 11:59pm-12am thing) until one goes to bed and wakes up. It's a goofy thing I like to hassle Jeremy about but anyways... It's officially December 22 (It's 12:32am) and that means it's my birthday! I will be 26 years old at 4:32pm.
My Ravens gave me an early birthday present by kicking the shit out of Jerms Cowboys on Saturday night. Before the game my parents let me open an early birthday present, it was an Ed Reed Jersey (I love Ed Reed).
DILF and April got me a Ray Lewis doll. It's awesome!
Jeremy and I are taking off work tomorrow. He said we can do anything I want tomorrow/today. I said I wanted to go to New York City, just to go! We have a meeting in NJ on Tuesday, so why not?
Welp, Jerms just headed to bed and I want to go snuggle up to him.

Simple Pleasure

Today's Simple Pleasure:
We've been listening to Christmas Music (instead of WPOC, thank god!) and I turned to look at Jeremy (because he is sooo good looking, duh). There he was singing his little heart out to "Santa Claus is coming to tooown." He had a huge smile on his face which of course made me smile and makes me smile now just thinking of it.
I love him!

Lately...

I can't believe it is already December 15th and in 7 days I will be 26, omg.
I overheard Jerms talking to my dad about random stuff. He was saying something about me being 2 years older then him and almost ready for marriage and kids. Well Jeremy, I'm NOT! Yes, my friends are getting married and having kids but that's not what I want now, nor do I see it happening in the coming years. I have other ambitions in my life right now. (1st of course is learning to play the fiddle, haha)
I finally acquired a bad ass camera (thanks Will). I have always always always been the photographer at events and such. I would love to take a month and travel, while taking pictures but first I really need to study the shit out of this camera because it has so many different features that I have no idea how to use. (I'm learning thanks to a video from Mr.Marty and my old textbooks) I hate the fact I don't retain information like Jeremy does. I read a sentence and then think, whaaaaa? What did I just read? Oh well.
I don't think anyone is going crazy this year over Christmas, no one needs anything or has money to spare. My list has been scaled way down. I've got Momma and Poppa, Jerms, Mawmaw, Mr.Bill and Sarah. I am bummed too because Jerms family is allllll going away for Christmas.
That's all for now...

My Cup Runneth Over

I love my life!
I'm not bragging, I just want to say I appreciate everything and everyone I have.
I wake up next to my Jeremy every morning. He is always cranky unless I wake him up with some weird new creature I made up. We get ready to head to work, Paula normally comes in as I take a shower because she knows I have treats in my bathroom for her. Before we start heading to the plant we stop at 7 eleven. It's our routine and the nice ladies at 7 eleven know it well. On Mondays I get a 20oz Tue-Thur a 16oz coffee, everyday Jeremy gets 3 giant sugar-free red bulls and 2 giant diet cokes. Next is one of my favorite and least favorite parts of the day!
Jeremy's a bad driver and it pisses me off that he is so aggressive to people for dumb reasons, enough said!
On the same note, I love Jeremy and he is my favorite person is be with. He is so smart, funny, handsome...I just love him.
See how I am 50/50 on that one?
He makes me listen to country music, ick. WPOC with Laurie Young, St. Pierre and some other guy. They are fun to listen to because they have a lot of games, jokes, contests, random facts and news. But I hate the music, except for maybe 10 songs.
The sky was really pretty today, one minute it was so sunny and the next half the sky had dark clouds. I sat there taking it all in while thinking; I have the greatest life.
My family is amazing. I could not ask for better parents. I can't even begin to describe how much they mean to me because I don't think I would be able to stop.
I love the plant! I am so proud of my dad for building that place and it gives me such a joy to be able to work there and be part of the company. I only hope things continue on the path they are going because great endeavors lay ahead for us.
It does make me sad to not have my brother here. When I do say that I love my life and that things are perfect, I feel my chest tighten, throat dry up and eyes water because I know he is missing. I don't like to talk, rather type about it.
I love the early early morning. People are nicer and in better moods, except Jeremy. I think it's because it's a new day and anything is possible. At least that's how I feel, until Jerms rains on my parade... :)
Anyways, I appreciate everyone in my life and I wanted to say that.
Rambled long enough, time to watch the office and go to bed.
The End.

Teach Me!

I want to learn how to; knit, take better pictures, learn adobe illustrator and play the fiddle.
I really want to learn how to play the fiddle because if you're gonna play in Texas, you gotta have a fiddle in the band. The lead guitar is hot but not for a Louisiana man.
Random I know, back to drinking and watching Super Bad.

Mondayyy Updatesss

It's getting colder and colder here in MD which of course means, Flu Season! I feel a cold coming on. I've got the stuffy/runny nose, clogged ears and sore throat happening. Boo.
I haven't blogged in awhile and I do have some updates.
Sad news, we had Harley put down on Nov 1st. It's been really hard and I don't really want to talk about it. I miss him everyday and it's lonely in the house now. Harley passing brought up the fact that we lost yet another and the last thing that reminded us of Bob. (Harley was Bob's dog and he came to live with us when he died, March 14, 2004.)
BTW, My desire to get a puppy is over.
Moving on, my big meeting went extremely well. Jeremy and I picked the guy up from the airport and drove him to the Shore (2 hours), where we met Momma and Daddy K for our meeting. Not to gloat but Jeremy, BK & DK impress me. It's something I can't describe they are just one of a kind. Good stuff to hopefully happen in the future.
Friday night my mom had a candle party and it was a lot of fun. It was mainly all my mom's friends but I wanted to invite Pammy because I haven't seen her in forever! She is so funny and has such a great personality, we goofed off the whole time. We finally ordered our personalized Starbucks card, I'm excited for those to come in the mail!
Saturday night, Jerms and I went to Hellas for his buddies Apprenticeship party. We had dinner then headed to the bar side with some cool people and kept drinking. So so so much fun!
Sunday I watched my Ravens aniliate the Texans, which I enjoyed very much! Then the fantastic four went over my dad's friends new house to check it out. Wow, what a nice place they have!
All in all I had a great weekend but that's all for now because I need to blow my nose and get back to working it.

2 Posts in One Day, Woah!

This calls for a second post!
I no longer think the world is coming to an end. My new found outlook on society changed less then an hour ago... Let me explain.
If you read Jeremy's blog, then you know that a week ago he dropped off dry cleaning and it was like $80! Well I was a being nice GF and picked all 11 articles up! The nice man at the dry cleaners told me I left my lights on (I didn't, they go off after 75 seconds). It's just the fact that he told me, he cared. Then he asked if I wanted him to carry the clothes to my car. Awww, I said no but by golly that was nice.
The niceness didn't end there. I went to Safeway. (As most people know I love the Safeway on Benfield. The people are so nice, the food is good and overall it is just a great grocery store!) I went to get cupcake stuff. Well down the baking isle, there was this lady who couldn't reach the betty crocker bag mix (10 for 10, Safeway has the best deals). So I said "Excuse me, would you like me to get that." She said yes and I did and she was very thankful. Good times. I kept shopping...
So what happened next is what changed my outlook (That little kid who flicked me the bird really messed with my head...) I got the milk and was cruising down the isle to checkout. So I get to the end of the isle and it's like rush hour at the checkout lanes. I can't get out of the isle to even make it to a checkout lane. I notice the checkout lane right in front of me is open and there's only one lady in it. So I begin edging forward trying to get out of this isle. A really nice dressed lady stopped to let me out (She was going for the same checkout lane as me) At this same time I notice the lane next to the one I was eyeing up is open and no ones in it. The lady asked me if I was going for this checkout lane (the first one), I said yes. She had like 3 things in her basket and I had maybe 10. I said "You have less things then me and that lane is open and doesn't have anyone in it, if you want to go there." She was surprised and said "Are you sure." I said yeah because I wasn't in a hurry or anything. She thanked me and went in the shorter lane and I went in the other. She checked out faster then me and left the store then I left. I put my groceries in the car, returned the cart and was heading back to my car when I saw the lady approaching me. She came up and said "Thank you again very much. Here I would like you to have this," and she handed me a really cute ghost candle. She said "Happy Halloween." I said It was no problem and thank you very much and la de da I was on my way.
This little act has given me a new renound faith in humanity, thank you lady from safeway!
FYI: I still don't like the middle finger kid...

Thu-Thu-Thursday

After much costume drama, Jeremy and I have decided to be pirates. We went to spirit Halloween in Glen Burnie and selected our costumes. One size fits most... well I suppose I am not most. The costume is enormous! I hate it, of course! Jeremy liked his, again of course! So last night I ordered a pirate costume online and it should be here by Friday before 3pm. Hope it comes or it looks like I am going to be a Mermaid!
Jeremy is such a turd. I love love love (yes 3 loves) Halloween. It is most defiantly one of my favorite days of the year. (Reason 500 why Jeremy is a turd: He argues with me when I call Halloween a Holiday) To me Halloween is a holiday, get off my back Jerms. The decorations, the costumes, the kids, the candy, peoples excitement (except Jeremys), pumpkins, ghosts, witches, scary movies... I LOVE IT ALL! To Jeremy: Stop raining on my parade, Let me be excited about something. Unless you want to dress up like that big penis in the costume store, Stop Acting Like a Dick!
ShoreGood has a big day on Monday. I stumbled apon a website that happened to be starting a purified bottled water campaign. Well over a month or so of e-mailing the owner, he is coming to visit, Monday! I am really nervous. So far I have been Jeremy's puppet. Before any type of communication, I would run to Jeremy and get his help with pretty much word to word of what to say. I am picking him up at the airport then driving to the plant.
I just hope everything goes extremely well, this could be such an amazing project in the future. I will write more and stop being so vague once the i's are dotted and t's are crossed. I don't want to get ahead of myself.

Just another Manic Monday

I think the world is coming to an end. I came to this assumption when yesterday, Jeremy and I were driving out of my community and this little kid gave me the finger. I honestly wasn't doing anything wrong and she (no older then 4 years old) just flicked me the bird! I was so shocked!
If I were on my A game, I would have stopped the car and yelled at the little brat. I have never hated a kid so much. I know that's pretty harsh to say but she made me feel like the world is coming to an end. People nowadays don't know how to raise kids. If I would have done something like that or talked to my parents the way kids talk to theirs now, I would have had the shit beaten out of me (AND I should have)! I think society is going right down the shitter and the world is going to end!
I also have paper towels stuck all over my glue covered hands. Last night I was painting my Halloween trees and Gorilla gluing them(Jeremy caught an error and I just fixed it, originally I spelled it Guerrilla like drug warfare glue. Not my fault, spell checker said that was how to spell it, lol). Well I had a bit too much fun and got glue all over my hands. I went inside and washed my hands like 15 times and put finger nail polish remover on them. (FYI, nothing works... Update, Lyndsey told me WD40 works, stay posted). Without thinking (obviously), I grabbed a paper towel... Glue, Paper Towel... Need I say more?
Jeremy said we could go to DE tonight and go to the pet store, bet you $1 we don't go.

Psychic

Last night I saw this lady who claims to be a medium, aka she talks to the dead.
(Some may know this some may not, after my bro died a friend got tickets to see John Edwards and it was awful. Enough said)
Momma K, Aunt Carol, Kathy, Kathy's sister, Me & Jeremy (Jerms was sorta guilted into going, we had an extra ticket.)
I'll recap what happened;
Her name was Lisa Williams (I think), I've never heard of her, she is English. So we get there and she does her little speal about how she talks to dead people. They come to her sorta like a flash of light.
Her first reading was some lady whose daughter died. The daughter had 2 young kids and so on. It was sad. Then there was another lady whose daughter killed herself. A ladies son who was murdered. I mean other people would come through and talk like grandparents and stuff but yeah it sorta went like that. Don't get me wrong it was sad. I just kept wondering is this really real?
Then, she was like I have a dog here, yellow lab with a hurt left leg. Of course, it was some little boy in the audience. Are you kidding me? It's a school night at like 10pm and this lady is talking about dead people. Why would you bring a kid to something like this? It's fake, he's a ploy.
This blog sounds dumb but that's what I did last night.
Jeremy fell asleep half way through and I would have been right behind him but I like her voice, it was funny and I wanted to mimic it.
The most exciting part of the night happened on the way home. Jeremy and I left and were on 97 when I called my mom. They were all lost somewhere on Northern Avenue. I tried to navigate them out of the city, (Anyone who knows me knows I couldn't find my way out of a paper bag but oh well). They ended up pulling into a ghetto gas station and a man said they could follow him and he would show them where to go. That sounds sketchy right? Well good news: there are good people left in this world (at least 1 in Baltimore) because he did help them out. So thank you, Mr. white dodge pickup with a ladder in the back, wearing a gray sweatshirt and khaki pants, mid 30's with dark hair. I won't give the license plate number. My Aunt gave me a complete description of the guy before following him. haha :)
So to wrap this up, I am a skeptic but hope is a very powerful feeling.

The Office

Awhile back Jeremy and I went to target and they had The Office (the show) stuff for sale in the dollar spot. Needless to say, Jeremy spent like $50 on all this Office stuff. SOME of the stuff includes: regular pens and quote pens, pencils, 3 mouse pads, a Dwight stress ball head, post it notes, pad of paper, dry erase board, notebooks and magnetics.
Just now Jeremy and I decided to take a break (at work). He pulled out this bag of Office stuff. I grabbed the magnetics that you have to build a sentence from words said on the show.
We split up the words (he picks 1, I pick 1 and so on).
Here is what we came up with.

Mine is the one on the left, Jerms is on the right.
I did accidentally drop his as I was putting it on our mini-fridge so it might not all be correct...
PS. Jeremy said he might start a blog. I wonder what he would write about?

New Kids!

I decided to start a blog that I can post more in then just what sugary creation I just made. (erinsedibles.blogspot.com)
Last night my BF and I saw New Kids on the Block at the Verizon Center. I can not even say how much fun I had, probably because my throat is so sore from screaming!! They played a lot of their new stuff which was eh, but when they played their classics, it was awesome! Brooke and I decided Donny and Joey are still the hot ones, Jordan is in love with himself, then the other two... are just the fillers. Nothing has changed.
Natasha Bedingfield opened for the kids. She has a really good voice but a pretty ugly haircut. It sort of resembles Donald Trumps but one side shaved... whatever.
Right before the Kids took the stage there was like "their big enterance". On the screen it kept saying some stuff but my favorite was when it said, "Fifteen years ago, they walked away. But now they are back!" It was pretty cool, haha.
So all and all I am still a new kids fan and have to wrap this post up because I am about to buy a New Kids bed set.
C'est la vie
