I haven't "blogged" in awhile, but that's clearly because I do not have much going on.
Wake up, piddle shit around (play on pinterest,) usually make dinner, go to bed. Repeat.
My intentions are good each day to do something, but nothing occurs. I really need to get it together.
I'm going to try and blog.

Happy House Warming Jeremy
I made Jeremy a house warming present. Years ago I wanted to make a World Canvas Art Piece, but never did. I showed Jeremy the world map and he liked it.
(Credit goes to: http://creativejuicesdecor.blogspot.com/2011/03/map-canvas-love.html)
The Project Began...

First, I ordered the above map of Texas from Zazzle.
Second, I went to Michael's and sent about an hour laying out the canvas'.
Third, I cut the map per the canvas size.
Fourth, I painted the edges and sides of the canvas. I later went back and darker this color and added some highlight colors, used on the map.
Lastly, the above is the finished product. I used mod podge to seal the map to the canvas and a semi-gloss to coat the map. To get the edges of the map to lay down just right, I ruined my moms iron and ironed all the edges of the map.
There is another part to the map. I found a quote that I wanted to add to the top, but I have been to four Michael's and they do not have any wooden i letters. I'm not sure if I'm going to add it to the present... Haven't decided.

I'm going to be 29 in one month...
Living at home with my parents, no job, no "career," not married-or even close to marriage, no kids (rarity,) and no freaking purpose... and I'm almost 29.
I've been awake for an hour (yup woke up at 10:30) and I've already been slammed with BS. Remember the issue with the customers contacting me hating their service? Well my dad sent the email trail to the president of Blind. Can I tell you how stupid they are? I swear, they blamed the sales guy, Buck for this. He was not even involved in the email chain. I was blamed for mis-handling the situation. I don't even work for their company anymore. The uneducated, fat, worthless division manager, John W. responded with a prissy ass, bitch response about "that is how Erin handled situations." I am so furious, I want to explode. This just reminds me how thankful I am, not to be involved with those (excuse my language) M F'ers ANYMORE!!! AHHH! I'm angry also because my mom just slams with me the response to the emails and expects me not to say anything to them because they have to keep a relationship with them.
F their relationship with those do nothing, stupid, bull shitting, asshole people, who have done NOTHING for us. I really don't like them.
This, THIS is why on Sunday, Sheehan and I are driving to FL. Steve, our friend who owns Jollimons in Dunedin, wants to open a second restaurant and wants us to run it. I'm skeptical about this yes, but trying to stay open minded because let's be honest, it's all I have right now.
If we go to FL and things don't go the way I want, I know what I am going to do... I was watching TV with Sheehan last night and made the decision; if him and I don't move to FL, right after Christmas, I'm traveling. I'm going to get in my car and travel the country. I have enough money saved to get me by, for a few months. I will probably sell my car to get me a few more months. I will hopefully find somewhere along the way, I like. Sheehan said he's down for the adventure.

Wednesday O Wednesday
Last night was interesting... I need to explain a small back story to make this story make sense.
When Sheehan and I went to FL at the end of September, we hung out with his old Boss/Owner of Jumpers Grille (Steve.) He owns an amazing restaurant in Dunedin (FL's hidden gem,) called Jollimons.
Anywayssss, while we were in FL we hung out with Steve and met a bunch of people. Well, I became friends with Steve on facebook and we've been chatting. He said he would be interested in starting a second restaurant and wanted to talk with Sheehan and I. Sheehan called Steve the other day and left a message. Steve called Sheehan last night and invited us to stay with him in FL and we could get talks going about finding a location and starting a second restaurant. Tentative talks I think he wants Sheehan to be the GM and me do the Promotions and anything else I want to do. Chef Kellough? Holy Moly. Steve was going to call a broker and get everything started.
So this happened last night. This morning I woke up to an email from my former favorite customer saying he hates that I'm not with BISM anymore and he is going to look for a new supplier. He is a one of our largest customers and if he left, it would hurt SGW, badly. BAM! The feelings of betrayal, sadness and guilt from leaving the water company come flooding back.
The water company has been the only thing I was ever good at. However, it cost me so much.
Why can't life be easy and written clearly. Why do I have to second-third-fourth-one millionth guess my decisions and not just trust in them the when I make the initial decision.
I truly want to get in my car and just drive away.
PS. I hate rainy days.

Day 36 of Unemployed Living
I applied for jobs today at dive shops in Hawaii, St.Croix and Florida. I feel like I need to get away and this type of job would be fun and relaxed.
The other day I had a call back to a catering position in FL, but I never called them back. I talked myself out of it.
I had a call back to a company called FL Dream Homes. It was in Kissimmee, FL. I don't want to live there, but I really liked that company and the owner. I really want the Gulf Coast.
I applied to jobs here in MD, but nothing that would make me happy.
What do I want? Twenty minutes of staring at those four words, I've figured this much...
I want to live at the beach, where it is warm everyday. I want a job that doesn't tie me to a desk and allows me to be creative. Also, Lucy needs to be allowed to come to work, sometimes.
This post is depressing. Here is a video of Lucy snoring. She makes me smile.

I Made A Change...
Whelp, I indeed made a change as the title of this post says. I quit my hated job on October 10th.
I am so happy that I am not stuck behind that computer surrounded by those vulture-esque, miserable, ungrateful people. (FYI. I am talking about the individuals in upper management, that sit in their offices and dictate and micro-manage "their associates," during the 10 hours a week they "work." Not disgruntle, I'm only speaking the truth!)
I sit home on this Saturday evening and search for the millionth time, what to do with my life. I found nothing and here I am.
I'm rather angry. I am angry with how everything panned out for me. I really miss my life 4 years ago. I need to let it go because it's gone and never going to be like that again.
All my facebook friends (they are not actually my friends, more like acquaintances, I doubt I would even say hello to 95% of them in a store) are getting married, having kids, buying houses, living their fun, fantastic lives... Here I sit on Saturday night, in my parents home, looking for what I should do with my life. My 28 year old, unmarried, child-less (rare nowadays,) career-less, home-less, goal-less, pathetic life.
Back to google.
